Summer presents two challenges for parents. How do you keep your children busy, and, how do you keep your children reading? The Library combines both with Summer Reading Programs, where children can be kept busy and learning at the same time.

Read n' Grow: Destination Jungle

Help your child get ready for reading by showing them how much fun it can be. Join the Read n' Grow Club! The theme for this year's Read n' Grow is Destination Jungle. This program is designed for parents/caregivers and their children. It focuses on developing children's early literacy skills through fun activities that can be done at home or on the go.
Each week you and your child can visit the Library to tell the library staff about what activities you have been doing, enter in our weekly prize draw and check out some great books and other materials. Come back to the library once a week, when it is convenient for you.
