This hands-on, six week program, is designed for Parents/Caregivers and their children to learn important early literacy skills that will help children to succeed in school. Parents/Caregivers will learn fun activities they can do at home with their child to continue the early literacy learning.
Parent/Caregiver participation is required. Children must be between the ages of 3 and 5 upon registering.
Siblings are not allowed to attend. Registration is required.

Snacks, homework help, computer lab and all kinds of fun educational games and activities! Learn to use the Library and the Internet to find the information you need for school. Registration is required by phone or in person.

A three hour workshop on basic game design. Attendees will learn about game design decisions, and will be able to develop the rules and materials for simple table-top games. Registration is required. Register by phone or in person.

Saturday, February 25th,1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m

The Library is offering another chance to compete against others and show off your skills. This tournament will be played on the PS3 console. Battle on the library’s projection screen with a stereo sound system! Participants under 18 will need to complete a permission form, signed by their parent/guardian: you can get your permission forms here. Snacks will be served and there are prizes for the winners!
